Spring of 2008, I graduated from Cortiva Institute Brenneke School of Massage. Receiving training in many different treatment modalities, including Deep Tissue, Swedish, Myofascial Release, Pregnancy, Shiatsu/Ashiatsu, Thai and Lomi Lomi, and took the path of treatment, practicing and studying injury treatment therapy techniques.

In 2009, I backpacked through China for a year, exploring the cities and countryside’s, soaking up the culture and heart of Chinese Medicine. Studying for 4 months at Beijing University of Chinese Medicine, I studied acupressure, fire cupping, qigong/meditation, the benefits of herbs, and the role food plays in our healing process.

I have come to experience that our external reflects our internal, and vice versa. So we must not only assess our physical being, but our mental as well. Without addressing our mental state, our physical aliments are sure to return again and again. Meditation and mindfulness practices are helpful tools to unblocking these habitual sufferings.

Outside of my massage practice, I devote my life and time at Buddhist temple 'Seattle Koyasan'. Gratefully receiving many benefits from my spiritual practices and teachings/guidance from our wonderful and fragrant hearted Sensei (Taijo Imanaka), I am now able to offer Meditation sessions to my patients, as well as healing bodywork.

We are all one, and one of my many life passions is to facilitate the mental and physical healing of all beings I can reach, while enjoying each moment offered by the universe.

I l look forward to the day we meet.
