Terms, Conditions & privacy agreement
Last Updated: September 2026
By using this website, booking a session, submitting a form, or participating in a Dragon Sisters offering, you agree to the following terms.
Services
Dragon Sisters provides integrative wellness services designed to support the whole person through bodywork, nervous system support, breath and Qi practices, M.E.P.S. assessments, cellular enhancement technology, ceremonial practices, and related wellness offerings.
Our services are intended to support wellbeing and personal development. They are not a substitute for medical diagnosis, emergency care, psychotherapy, or treatment from a licensed healthcare provider when those services are needed.
We do not diagnose medical conditions, prescribe medication, or guarantee specific health outcomes.
Booking + Payment
Payment is required at the time of scheduling unless otherwise arranged in writing.
A session is considered confirmed once payment has been received and the appointment has been scheduled.
Prices are subject to change. Any pricing changes will not affect sessions that have already been booked and paid for.
Cancellation + Rescheduling
All sales are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable.
Sessions may be rescheduled up to two times with at least seven days’ notice.
Rescheduling requests made with less than seven days’ notice due to a family or medical emergency will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Because preparation for each client begins before the scheduled appointment, late cancellations and missed appointments are generally not eligible for refund or transfer.
Session Length
Session times are estimates and may vary slightly depending on the needs of the individual session.
Clients are encouraged to allow the full amount of time listed when booking.
Late arrival may reduce the available session time.
In-Home + Travel Sessions
In-home or outcall sessions may be available by arrangement.
Travel fees apply and vary based on location.
Sessions incorporating Cellular Enhancement Technology may require additional setup and space. Setup requirements will be discussed in advance when applicable.
Remote Sessions
Some services may be offered remotely through Zoom or another online platform.
Clients are responsible for ensuring they have a private, comfortable space and a stable internet connection for virtual sessions.
Remote sessions are subject to the same booking, cancellation, and payment policies as in-person sessions unless otherwise stated.
Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and relevant information regarding their health, medications, injuries, recent procedures, pregnancy, and any other circumstances that may affect participation in a session.
Clients should inform Dragon Sisters of any significant changes before or during their appointment.
Participation in any Dragon Sisters service is voluntary. Clients are encouraged to communicate openly during sessions and may request that any practice, technique, or portion of a session be modified or discontinued.
Results + Individual Experience
Every person responds differently to wellness practices.
While our work is intended to support regulation, recovery, awareness, and overall wellbeing, Dragon Sisters does not guarantee any specific physical, emotional, energetic, spiritual, or medical result.
Client experiences may vary from session to session.
Emergency Situations
Dragon Sisters does not provide emergency medical or mental health services.
If you are experiencing a medical or psychiatric emergency, contact emergency services or an appropriate licensed healthcare provider.
