  *held over Zoom or Face-time

Insurance:

• L&I and MVA/PIP accepted (no third party claims)

• All other forms of insurance are not accepted at this time, sorry for any inconvenience

• Itemized invoice available for reimbursement by insurance company

Forms of Payment Accepted and Policies:

• Session time is total duration of appointment from arrival to departure

• Cash (please bring exact payment, no change is available)

• Venmo

• Checks are accepted from repeat clients

• Distant sessions must be paid prior to session

• No Gratuity/Tipping, rate reflects total value of session in its entirety

• If you are experiencing financial difficulties, sliding scale is available
